A Bit of Stuff to Discuss 

Well, I'm mightily impressed with the blogs you've produced so far. I've now posted all of the group blogs but seem to have a problem with the URL for FU2Bloggsters so please figure out what's going on there.

Also remember that you should ALL be responding to the readings via the main interface and then discussing each other's posts via the comments section.

I am going to post some links for html coding and design issues. remember that the blog at some point has to be organized so that i can read it (and not weep :)) easily w/o scrambling around trying to find out what you've done and where it is. In any case, they look pretty good so keep on bloggin'.

Today we are going to be blogging on Rebecca Blood's article on Weblogs but first I'd like you to download a comment function that will make your blog more interactive. Thus, go to Squawkbox and download the necessary code to get your comments working.

What I'd like you to do is choose someone in your group to post a general prompt regarding the reading ie. how does Blood's article reference the use of blogs as a literacy tool? Today we are going to go over your new writing assignment,Analyzying an Electronic Community, which you will be working on for the latter part of the semester in conjunction with your group blog. The second half of the class involves working with your group to set up a functioning blog that will allow you to post to it for Wednesday's homework, the first blog discussion.
